THEY ARE: Support staffers support the work and over-all
tasks of air traffic controllers. These additional tasks include quality
assurance, training, and personnel.
STATUS: NATCA won the election on July 7, 2002
INTEREST TO NATCA: They enable controllers to perform their
duties more efficiently. They perform corollary projects that assist
controllers in their daily assignments. Because many of support staffers
